Pinot Noir
Full-bodied and well-structured red wine.

Pinot noir – named by the grape – is the only red wine you will find i Alsace.
This Pinot noir has a robust structure. It is deep and powerfull with an easy character that makes it an ideal wine for grilled meats, barbecued, cooked in a pot or baked in the oven.
At the same time, its soft and fine tannins allow it to accompany poultry and white meats without offending their delicate flesh.
But also to be enjoyed chilled at 10 degrees Celsius with cold meat and and a charcuterie plate.
Eye: Intens deep dark red with bright highlihgts.
Nose: Intense red fruits and berries.
Mouth: Beautiful structure, deepness, soft tannins and ripe berries.

To be enjoyed at it’s best, we suggest serving your Pinot Noir at 13-15°C.
Or chilled at 8-10 C.
