Blanc de Noirs
CREMANT
This flavourfull crémant made out of Pinot Noir grapes is the perfect aperitif to celebrate all the special moments.

This crémant is made out of early picked Pinot Noir grapes.
The crémant base wine is the first to come into the cellar. It will be pumped into an oak barrel for it’s fermentations. Then in spring we will bottle this wine with a “liqueur de tirage”. This liqueur contains sugar and yeast and will allow a second fermentation.
This fermentation takes places in out Crémant cellar, the bottles will lay horizontally between 18 and 24 months. The lees in contact with the wine refine the bubbles and bring out the aromas of Croissants, fresh baked brioche and Biscuits.
Riddling is the process to bring the lees to the neck of the bottle to permit the disgorging : the removal of the lees. During the disgorging we add the “liqueur de dosage” or “liqueur d’expedition” to fill up the missing liquid and to determine the style of Crémant that we will make. At LICHTLE Wines we make Brut and Extra-Brut crémants.
Once all that is done…
The crémant is yours to enjoy.

To be enjoyed at it’s best, we suggest serving your Crémant Blanc de Noir at 10°C.
We recommend you drink your Crémant within 4 years to keep the fresh aromas and typical notes. If you wish to age this wine, store it in a dark, temperature and humidity stable area.
