Full-bodied and well-structured red wine.


Pinot Noir is the only Red Wine produced in AOC Alsace. This wine is quite versatile, its soft and mature tannins allow it to be paired with a variety of dishes. At the bottom of the page you will be able to find a selection of the many food pairings possible.
Visual : Dark red colour with golden hues
Smell: Red and Black berries, Black pepper
Taste : Full body, soft tannins


To be enjoyed at it’s best, we suggest serving your Pinot Noir at 13-15°C.
Or chilled at 8-10 °C.
We recommend you drink your Pinot Noir within 6 years to keep the fresh aromas and typical notes.
If you wish to age this wine, store it in a dark, temperature and humidity stable area.
