Chasselas is a refreshing light summer wine with a lower alcohol. The secret is big juicy grapes from old winestoks. A rare and forgotten grape. It was earlier a well known grape can be traced back through centuries. It’s a really refreshing, mild and round wine for all summer season.
Eye: The color is beautiful sunshine yellow.
Nose: In the nose the wine is discreet with notes of mandarine and white flowers.
Mouth: Refreshing, discret and soft roundness. Subtil aromas with notes of mandarine, citrus, stone fruits and white lowers.


To be enjoyed at it’s best, we suggest serving your Chasselas at 8 degrees Celsius.
We recommend that you enjoy your Chasselas within 1 year to keep the fresh aromas and typical notes. Don’t worry there’s a new one every year.
